    Designed for mamas to be, helping to soothe any aches or pains growing a little one can bring. Focusing on safe, mindful movements and breathwork you can take with you into labour as well as a chance to join a community of mums!

  • Men's Hape Ceremony with Tim and Niall

    Join Tim and Niall for a seasonal sitting with sacred medicine Hape, a deeply cleansing snuff administered through each nostril in powdered form, to honour the turn of the wheel and create space for change.

    Included in this gathering is embodiment, breath, yoga and sharing circle.
